RTG employs electronic signatures that conform to the UETA and E-SIGN acts to validate electronic documents. By signing an electronic document with RTG, each party agrees this process is equivalent to and shall have the same legal effect as if such signature had been manually written on paper for the same purposes of validity, enforceability, and admissibility. A paper copy of electronically signed documents can be requested by the signee(only) at no cost by contacting human.resources@rtgmedical.com.
